All sales are final for this product. Due to the nature of hair care items, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted once the product has been opened or used. If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact me within 48 hours with your order details and a photo so I can assist you with a replacement.

This product is currently available for clients only. There is no shipping at this time. You can add the rose water loc mist to your booking and pick it up during your appointment. All orders are prepared fresh and handed to you in person for quality and consistency.
